Role Specifics and Benefits
As a Med Surg RN in this assignment, your primary responsibilities center on delivering comprehensive medical-surgical care to adult patients with diverse diagnoses. You’ll monitor vitals, administer medications, manage IV therapy, assist with procedures, and provide wound and central line care as needed, all while practicing meticulous documentation in the electronic medical record. You’ll assess patient needs, adapt plans of care, and participate in multidisciplinary rounds to ensure seamless transitions from admission through discharge.
