Role Specifics and Benefits: In this L&D RN role, you’ll monitor labor progression and fetal well-being, administer medications and analgesia, assist with vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections, perform newborn assessments, and provide immediate stabilization and lactation support as needed. You’ll lead patient and family education, coordinate postpartum care, and partner with the care team to ensure smooth discharge planning. As you grow, you’ll have pathways to advanced certifications in obstetric nursing, neonatal resuscitation, and lactation consulting, plus opportunities to mentor junior staff, participate in simulation training, and assume leadership responsibilities as you gain seniority. Our package is competitive, featuring a weekly pay range of 2,521–2,609, plus a bonus program and housing assistance designed to ease the transition into travel nursing.
