This multi-week opportunity begins on December 29, 2025, and offers a chance to apply your clinical expertise across diverse settings, guiding patients through meaningful recoveries and renewed independence. You’ll assess, treat, and coach individuals dealing with musculoskeletal injuries, post-operative restrictions, neurorehabilitation needs, and functional limitations, turning clinical knowledge into tangible improvements that enhance daily living. As a clinician who thrives on variety, autonomy, and evidence-based practice, you’ll create personalized rehabilitation plans, adjust interventions as patients progress, and celebrate incremental milestones that culminate in lasting results. This is more than a job; it’s a chance to shape outcomes, inspire confidence, and expand your professional impact within the vibrant field of physical therapy.

Clearlake sits at the heart of Northern California’s natural beauty, offering a distinctive backdrop for your practice and your life outside work. Picture mornings spent by the sparkling waters of Clear Lake, afternoons hiking forest trails, or exploring the region’s steam of outdoor adventures. The area invites a balanced lifestyle where outdoor recreation complements a meaningful clinical role, with access to parks, community events, and a network of healthcare teams that value collaboration and patient-centered care. California’s diverse landscapes and proximity to wine country, redwood forests, and scenic coastlines present opportunities to unwind after shifts and cultivate a well-rounded experience. For clinicians who relish variety, this travel assignment also provides pathways to work in additional California locations or other U.S. communities through our expansive travel network, broadening your clinical footprint while maintaining the security of a supportive program infrastructure.

Role specifics and benefits: As a Traveling Physical Therapist, you will perform comprehensive initial evaluations, develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, and utilize therapeutic modalities such as manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, therapeutic exercise progression, balance and gait training, and functional activity coaching. You’ll document outcomes, monitor progress, and communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, case managers, and other rehabilitation professionals to ensure cohesive, patient-centered care and clear discharge planning. You’ll have the opportunity to grow within the specialty through ongoing continuing education, mentorship of new graduates, or stepping into leadership or clinical education roles within the travel network. Our compensation structure reflects your expertise and the value you bring, with a weekly pay range of $2,444 to $2,671, and the potential for bonuses and incentives tied to performance and program milestones. Housing assistance is provided to ease transitions, and there are extension opportunities based on clinical performance, facility needs, and your career goals. While this is a travel assignment with flexible scheduling, you should anticipate varied shifts and patient caseloads that challenge you to adapt and excel. We also offer robust, 24/7 support while you travel with the company, including access to a dedicated clinician liaison, travel coordinators, and resources designed to simplify licensure, credentialing, housing, transportation, and onboarding.
