Role specifics and benefits: As a Travel Occupational Therapist, you’ll perform comprehensive OT assessments, develop and implement personalized treatment plans, and address ADLs, IADLs, motor and cognitive skills, sensory processing, ergonomics, and assistive technology needs. You’ll collaborate with physicians, therapists, educators, and families to coordinate discharge planning, home modifications, caregiver training, and community reintegration. You’ll mentor entry-level staff and contribute to program development, with opportunities to extend your assignment and advance within the specialty.
