About the Role

Join TLC Nursing as a Travel RN and take control of your career. We’re hiring Registered Nurses across all specialties and all 50 states for high-paying travel contracts in hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities.

Enjoy weekly pay, tax-free stipends, and the confidence of ShiftShield™ — TLC’s exclusive placement protection program that guarantees your next assignment within 14 business days, or we’ll pay your weekly wage for up to 4 weeks between contracts (eligibility required).

Pay: $55–$100/hr (based on specialty, experience & location)
Schedule: 36–48 hours per week | Days, Nights, or Variable Shifts

Responsibilities

Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and document accurately
Adapt quickly to new clinical environments and technologies

Qualifications

Active RN license (Compact or state-specific)
Minimum 1 year of recent experience in your specialty
BLS required; ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC as applicable per unit
Strong communication, adaptability, and clinical skills
