In this role, you’ll deliver evidence-based PT services with a patient-first mindset. Responsibilities include comprehensive evaluations, development and execution of individualized treatment plans, progression of therapeutic exercises, gait and mobility retraining, postural education, manual therapy techniques, modalities as appropriate, documentation in electronic health records, and continuous progress reassessment. You’ll build collaborative relationships with therapists, physicians, nurses, social workers, and family members, advocating for patient-centered goals and discharge planning.
