As a Licensed Practical Nurse in Long-Term Care, you’ll play a pivotal role in resident well-being. Core responsibilities include providing high-quality daily care—assisting with activities of daily living, administering medications under supervision, conducting ongoing assessments of vitals and symptoms, and contributing to individualized care plans. You’ll monitor and document changes, support wound care and skin integrity, manage catheter and infection control considerations, and promote mobility and fall prevention. You’ll work closely with RNs, physicians, social workers, and family members to ensure safe transitions, timely care adjustments, and clear communication. Weekly pay ranges from $1,365 to $1,474, with the potential for additional earnings based on shift types and location. You’ll receive comprehensive support designed for travelers and caregivers alike: sign-on bonus opportunities, housing assistance, and options for contract extensions that align with your plans and preferences. While hours can vary by assignment, you’ll benefit from well-structured schedules, clear expectations, and predictable pay cycles that help you balance work with life outside the facility. You’ll also have 24/7 support while traveling with the company, ensuring you have dependable guidance and rapid assistance whenever you need it, no matter where your assignments take you. Start date is 01/19/2026, and placements are planned in weekly increments, with the flexibility to adapt to higher-need periods or new opportunities as they arise. Note that hours and pay rates listed are estimates and may vary. Final compensation packages and guaranteed hours will be confirmed during the hiring process.
