In this position, you’ll scrub and assist during a wide range of procedures, prepare and maintain sterile fields, anticipate instrument needs, pass supplies with accuracy, and help manage counts to ensure patient safety. You’ll contribute to room setup, turnover, and instrument reprocessing, collaborating closely with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesiologists to maintain flow and focus in the operating theater. The role offers clear pathways for professional development, including exposure to different specialties, certification support, and structured mentorship. You’ll have access to ongoing training, opportunities to refine skills in aseptic technique, instrumentation, and OR efficiency, and the chance to progress toward leadership or specialty-focused roles as your interests evolve.
