- Key Responsibilities and Growth: As a Med Surg Tele RN, you’ll deliver comprehensive bedside care to adult patients with a broad range of medical conditions requiring telemetry monitoring and complex discharge planning. Responsibilities include accurate medication administration, IV therapy, wound care, precise charting, patient and family education, pain and symptom management, rapid assessment of changing conditions, fall and infection prevention, and coordination with physicians, Case Management, and ancillary services. You’ll interpret telemetry trends, respond to alarms, and collaborate with the care team to develop and execute dynamic care plans.
