Role specifics and benefits. In this position, you will conduct comprehensive PT evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, implement evidence-informed interventions, and monitor and adjust plans based on patient response. You’ll work toward meaningful functional goals—enhancing gait, balance, strength, and activities of daily living—while educating patients and families about prevention and self-management. Collaboration is central: you’ll partner with physicians, nurses, case managers, and other therapists to coordinate care and optimize outcomes. With the opportunity to specialize further in geriatric, orthopedic, neuro, or vestibular tracks, you’ll have a clear path for professional advancement within the specialty. You’ll receive competitive compensation, including a guaranteed weekly pay range of $2,169-$2,218, with a standard 35 hours per week guaranteed. The contract spans weeks at a time, with extension opportunities that allow you to continue advancing your skills and making an impact in multiple settings. In addition, we offer a sign-on or performance-based bonus, housing assistance to ease relocation or temporary housing needs, and the flexibility to extend your assignment based on mutual fit and clinical demand.
