In this Med Surg Tele RN role, you’ll own key responsibilities that reinforce clinical excellence. You’ll perform comprehensive patient assessments, continuously monitor telemetry data, administer medications, manage IV therapies, and collaborate with physicians, case managers, and ancillary staff to develop and implement individualized care plans. You’ll participate in discharge planning, patient education, and family teaching, ensuring understanding of medications, warning signs, and follow-up care. You’ll champion evidence-based practice, adhere to safety and infection control standards, and document care accurately in the electronic health record.
