You will interpret complex data streams, anticipate complications, customize care plans, and document with precision in electronic health records. You’ll lead and participate in daily rounds, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and mentor junior staff and rotating students, all while upholding safety standards and family communication that respects cultural values and patient autonomy.
