Travel OR Tech Job
Corvallis, OR
Contracted
Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center
Mid Level
Embark on a transformative journey as a Travel OR Tech, delivering essential support in the operating room and helping patients through critical procedures. This weeks-long assignment begins 12/26/2025 in Corvallis, Oregon, with the opportunity to extend to other U.S. sites. Join high-caliber surgical teams, master complex setups, and expand your technical repertoire while contributing to safer, more efficient patient care. In downtime, discover Oregon’s natural beauty—from the Willamette Valley’s vineyards to the rugged coast and alpine trails—where outdoor adventure and professional growth go hand in hand.
Corvallis offers a welcoming, family-friendly base with outdoor recreation, parks, and a lively cultural scene. The role also provides the chance to work at different sites across the United States, exposing you to a range of hospital environments, patient populations, and team dynamics. This breadth of experience strengthens your skills, broadens your professional network, and enhances your resume as you demonstrate adaptability, leadership, and resilience in fast-paced ORs.
As an OR Tech, you’ll support the surgical team by preparing the operating room, organizing and passing instruments, and maintaining a sterile field. You’ll assist with draping and positioning, counting instruments, and coordinating equipment and supplies between cases. You’ll help monitor anesthesia support as needed and manage room turnover, all while upholding rigorous safety standards. This assignment emphasizes growth: rotating through diverse specialties, receiving mentorship, and pursuing opportunities to step into lead or specialized roles. You’ll be rewarded with a competitive weekly pay range of $1,850-$1,921, guaranteed 40 hours per week, a sign-on bonus, housing assistance, and the potential for contract extensions to stay where you thrive. The program includes a comprehensive support network with 24/7 travel assistance, dedicated coordinators, and clear escalation paths so you’re never alone on the road.
Our company is dedicated to empowering staff, advancing careers, and fostering a supportive work environment. We invest in ongoing education, mentorship, and collaboration to help you reach professional milestones while delivering exceptional patient care. You’ll join a culture that values your expertise, your voice, and your growth.
If you’re ready to elevate your OR tech career, experience new communities, and contribute to outstanding surgical care, apply today. This is your chance to join a team that respects your expertise and supports your development, while offering meaningful travel experiences, competitive compensation, and a clear path to extended impact. Start your journey with us and help shape the future of operating room excellence.
