Key Responsibilities and Growth
- Provide high-quality psychiatric inpatient and outpatient nursing care to adults and/or adolescents, including triage, monitoring, medication administration, and safety assessment.
- Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments, document findings, and contribute to individualized care plans in collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, therapists, and case managers.
- Implement de-escalation techniques and crisis intervention as needed, using evidence-based approaches to promote patient stabilization and recovery.
- Administer prescribed medications, manage side effects, and monitor responses, ensuring accurate charting and regulatory compliance.
