As a Surgical Tech in this traveling role, you’ll be at the center of the operating room, collaborating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and sterilization staff to prepare sterile fields, pass instruments, anticipate instrument needs, and ensure instruments and implants are accounted for with meticulous precision. Your responsibilities will include maintaining sterile technique, assisting with turnover between cases, and supporting a calm, efficient OR environment that minimizes delays and optimizes patient outcomes.
