You’ll enjoy the comforts of a small-town environment with easy access to larger metropolitan areas for weekend excursions, educational seminars, or dining and cultural experiences. Vandalia sits in a region rich with parks, river trails, and opportunities to unwind after demanding clinical days. The broader Illinois landscape adds depth to your travel experience: terrain that invites hiking, biking, and scenic drives, a climate conducive to year-round activity, and communities eager to welcome healthcare professionals who bring fresh perspectives. The role emphasizes collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, documentation precision, and ongoing patient and family education to reinforce home exercise programs. You’ll have access to formal growth pathways, including specialty certifications, mentorship from experienced clinicians, and opportunities to broaden your scope within orthopedics and broader rehabilitation services. The package includes a competitive compensation structure with guaranteed 40 hours per week, a pay range of $2,304 to $2,386 weekly, and a start date of 03/16/2026 for a several-week assignment. You’ll also receive housing assistance and opportunities for contract extensions, enabling continuity in preferred settings and patient relationships.
