Duties include assessing patients with acute and chronic respiratory conditions, delivering modalities such as high-flow therapy (including HFNC) and conventional treatments, initiating and adjusting ventilator settings, performing ABG collection and interpretation, and monitoring response with precise documentation. You’ll participate in rounds, communicate clearly with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to care plans that optimize outcomes.
