In this role, you’ll provide hands-on nursing care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians, with responsibilities tailored to Long-Term Care settings. Key duties include assessing resident health status, administering medications and treatments, monitoring vital signs, managing wound care and tube feeds when needed, and documenting progress in clear, compliant electronic records. You’ll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and adjust individualized care plans, advocate for residents’ safety and comfort, and communicate effectively with families to set expectations and share updates. You’ll support daily living activities, promote falls prevention and mobility, and help residents maintain independence and dignity through thoughtful, patient-centered interventions.
