You’ll lead with empathy, communicate clearly with patients and families, and provide education that supports informed decision-making post-discharge. This position offers professional growth within the ER specialty, including opportunities to pursue additional certifications, leadership pathways, or cross-training in trauma, pediatrics, or critical care support as needed by the unit.
