Role Specifics and Benefits:
- Core responsibilities include specimen receipt and labeling, accessioning, processing, centrifugation, aliquoting as required, and preparing samples for analysis under the supervision of licensed technologists.
- Perform routine quality control and QC documentation, ensuring adherence to SOPs, CLIA guidelines, and safety protocols, with accurate data entry into the LIMS and meticulous inventory management.
- Assist with instrument setup, calibration, troubleshooting, and instrument cleanliness, contributing to reliable turnaround times and consistent, high-quality results.
- Maintain strict chain-of-custody and documentation practices, manage samples with care, and promptly report any deviations or instrument alerts to leadership.
