Role Specifics and Benefits:
- Responsibilities: As an LPN in Long-Term Care, you’ll administer medications and treatments with precision, monitor residents’ vital signs, assess health changes, and respond rapidly to evolving conditions. You’ll assist with activities of daily living, support rehabilitation goals, wound and skin care, and infection prevention.
