In this Labor & Delivery RN position, you’ll lead and participate in patient assessment, continuous fetal monitoring, and the management of labor progress, analgesia, and emergent obstetric situations. You’ll provide direct patient education on birth plans, newborn care, lactation support, and postpartum needs, while coordinating with obstetric teams to ensure timely, evidence-based decision-making. Your responsibilities will include assisting in vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, and post-delivery stabilization, with a focus on maternal-fetal safety, family-centered care, and culturally sensitive communication.
