This is a role for meticulous problem solvers who take pride in quality, accuracy, and the quiet confidence that comes from knowing your work directly shapes the safety and efficiency of every procedure. The state’s breathtaking coastlines, forests, and mountain landscapes offer inspiring backdrops for balance and renewal, making it easier to bring your best self to work every day.

Location benefits go beyond a single site. In Bangor, you’ll enjoy access to excellent healthcare networks, educational opportunities, and community resources that support personal and professional well-being. The travel model also enables you to apply your Sterile Processing expertise in a variety of environments—urban medical centers, regional hospitals, and specialty facilities—each with its own workflows, instrumentation sets, and quality standards. This exposure accelerates skill refinement, expands your professional network, and strengthens your adaptability. Whether you stay close to home or venture to other regions, you’ll benefit from comprehensive support, competitive compensation, and a clear path to expanded opportunities within a robust travel-healthcare ecosystem.

In this role, your key responsibilities will center on the full life cycle of instrument processing. You’ll manage instrumentation tracking and load verification, maintain meticulous documentation for regulatory compliance, and uphold rigorous infection prevention standards and safety protocols. Your contributions keep OR schedules efficient, reduce turnaround times, and help ensure that clinicians have the precise tools they need, when they need them. The position offers meaningful room for professional growth—from mastering additional sterilization modalities to pursuing certifications or advancing into lead tech or supervisory roles. The compensation package reflects a commitment to recognizing skill, reliability, and the essential nature of the work. You’ll also receive a bonus opportunity, housing assistance, and chances for contract extensions, all designed to support your stability and progression. Importantly, you’ll have 24/7 support while traveling with the company, ensuring you’re never navigating a challenging assignment alone.
