In this role, you’ll be the backbone of the surgical team, ensuring a sterile field, preparing instruments and implants, and passing sterile supplies with precision. You’ll participate in patient safety protocols, maintain accurate counts, and support surgeons and nurses throughout diverse procedures—from routine to complex—while anticipating needs, managing time efficiently, and communicating clearly under pressure. While guaranteed hours are listed as 0.0, our program is built to optimize assignment flow and align with your preferences, offering flexible extension opportunities and consistent assignment planning designed to maximize your exposure to varied cases and facilities. You’ll also receive housing assistance to ease relocation and living arrangements, helping you settle quickly as you begin your journey. In addition, a sign-on or welcome bonus may be available to acknowledge your expertise and commitment. You’ll benefit from comprehensive support—24/7—from our dedicated travel nursing team, ensuring smooth transitions between assignments, timely issue resolution, and continuous guidance as you navigate clinical and logistical challenges on the road.
