Role specifics and benefits:
- Key responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations and occupational profiles; develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting functional performance, activities of daily living, fine motor and cognitive skills, sensory integration, and adaptive equipment needs; collaborate with physical therapists, speech therapists, physicians, social workers, and families; monitor progress, adjust goals, and document outcomes for seamless care transitions; support discharge planning and community reintegration; provide caregiver instruction and home modification guidance as appropriate.
