Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) — Massachusetts & New England
Pay: $2,000–$2,500 per week for 56 hours
Locations: Massachusetts statewide, plus Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, Connecticut, and Rhode Island.
Position Overview

The Travel LPN supports patient care across long-term care (LTC), memory care, outpatient, and hospital medicine settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of RNs or physicians
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor vital signs and promptly report changes
- Support patients in LTC, memory care, outpatient, and hospital medicine units
- Deliver patient education and health coaching (including dialysis support)
- Ensure infection control protocols and a safe patient environment
- Document care accurately in compliance with regulations
Requirements
- Active LPN license (eligible to practice in the United States)
- Minimum two years of LTC experience; memory care preferred
- Adaptable; able to work with minimal orientation
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Collaborative, patient-centered approach
Compensation and Benefits
- Weekly pay: $2,000–$2,500 for 56 hours
