Lincoln, NE
Contracted
Tabitha Nursing & Rehabilitation Center
Mid Level
Embark on a rewarding journey as a Certified Medication Aide in Lincoln, Nebraska, with opportunities to serve residents in diverse facilities while also gaining travel experience across the United States. In this role you’ll apply precision, compassion, and regulatory know‑how to help people maintain safety and dignity through careful medication administration. With a start date of February 9, 2026, guaranteed 40 hours per week, and weekly pay from $1,054 to $1,103, this assignment recognizes your expertise and provides steady work across multiple weeks. This role also supports long-term career advancement through mentorship, specialized training, and leadership opportunities.
Lincoln offers a welcoming community with parks, a thriving downtown, and easy access to outdoor spaces along the Salt Creek. Separately, Nebraska’s wider landscapes—prairie skies, the Platte River, and quiet country roads—offer beauty you can explore on days off. For the aspiring traveler, the option to work in different locations across the U.S. means you can broaden your clinical experience while preserving the security of dependable pay and hours. Housing assistance is available, and onboarding supports a smooth transition to new facilities or assignments.
Role specifics and benefits: You will accurately administer prescribed medications, confirm patient identity, document in electronic health records, and monitor responses. You’ll uphold safety standards, protect patient rights, manage controlled substances where applicable, and collaborate with RNs, LPNs, pharmacists, and care teams to ensure timely, individualized treatment. Beyond medication management, you’ll contribute to care plans, review MARs, and educate residents and families about medications, potential interactions, and warning signs that require clinician notification. The position offers room to grow: pursue advanced certifications, take on mentorship or leadership duties, and gain experience across facility types. Our benefits package is competitive and flexible, including a sign-on or completion bonus, housing support, and opportunities to extend assignments. You’ll also have 24/7 support from our team while you travel, so help is there when you need it, wherever you are. Clinically, you’ll gain exposure to diverse conditions—from chronic disease management to post-acute recovery—building confidence and resilience. The role emphasizes compassionate communication, teamwork, and cultural sensitivity, helping you connect with residents, families, and staff across shifts.
Company values: We are committed to empowering our staff, providing ongoing training, mentorship, and clear career pathways that foster a supportive, collaborative environment. Your professional development matters, and you’ll find resources, guidance, and a community of peers focused on your growth.
