Step into a purpose-driven opportunity as a Travel Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry, stationed in Claremont, New Hampshire. Begin on 02/22/2026 for a flexible weeks-long assignment that places you at the forefront of patient care across high-acuity medical floors, cardiology units, and telemetry monitoring wards. This role invites you to shape patient outcomes, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and grow your expertise in telemetry technology, rhythm analysis, and rapid response. Your skills will meet hospitals eager to leverage top-tier clinicians who bring calm precision and compassionate bedside manner to complex cases. And beyond the bedside, you can explore the breathtaking landscapes of New Hampshire and the wider U.S., with opportunities to work in varied facilities as your career unfolds.

Claremont, a welcoming river town along the Sugar River, blends small-town charm with outdoor vitality—easy access to scenic trails, parks, and a lively arts scene. In New Hampshire, you’re never far from the White Mountains, pristine lakes, and autumn colors that turn every weekend into a mini-vacation. The state’s natural beauty complements your professional life, offering countless day trips to Manchester, Concord, and the Dartmouth-Hitchcock corridor, as well as nearby states for broader clinical exposure. Key responsibilities you’ll own include monitoring telemetry patients, interpreting rhythm strips, assessing hemodynamics, administering medications per orders, and responding rapidly to arrhythmias. You’ll collaborate with cardiology teams, ICU colleagues, and case managers to optimize care plans, ensure accurate documentation, and participate in patient and family education. This role is designed for growth: you’ll have access to telemetry-specific certification prep, ongoing mentorship, and clear paths toward leadership opportunities within the specialty. You’ll also find real value in extended-contract possibilities, allowing you to stay in your preferred locations or explore new ones as your interests evolve. Competitive compensation is a real highlight: weekly pay between 2,032 and 2,089 dollars, with performance bonuses and location-based incentives designed to reward your dedication and clinical excellence. We provide housing assistance and housing stipends as needed, plus extension opportunities to keep you thriving in the role you love.
