In this Long-Term Care LPN role, your responsibilities center on compassionate, compliant geriatric care. You will administer medications and treatments according to physician orders, monitor patient status, and perform routine assessments and vital signs to detect changes early. You’ll assist with activities of daily living, provide wound care, and participate in infection control practices that protect both residents and staff.
