In this IR RN role, you’ll lead pre‑procedure and post‑procedure care, perform patient assessments, verify prescriptions and consent, prep and assist during interventional procedures, maintain sterile fields, manage contrast administration, monitor hemodynamics, and respond to any complications with composure. You’ll document care, communicate clearly with physicians, technologists, families, and ancillary staff, and participate in ongoing IR team training. The position emphasizes professional growth in interventional radiology, offering exposure to vascular, neurovascular, and oncologic IR workflows, with opportunities to pursue certifications, cross‑training, and potential leadership tracks.
