Step into a meaningful path as a Licensed Practical Nurse focused on Long-Term Care, where your steady hands and compassionate presence become a pillar of daily life for residents who rely on your expertise. In Albuquerque, New Mexico, and across a network of welcoming facilities, you will deliver person centered care that honors each individual’s history, preferences, and goals. Envision guiding residents through daily routines, medication administration, wound care, and safety checks while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to craft care plans that promote dignity and comfort. Beyond the care room, you will contribute to a culture of respect, empathy, and excellence, where every shift reinforces the value of your skills and your impact on families and communities. The state of New Mexico offers a tapestry of beauty and discovery: sunlit mesas, the majestic Sandia Mountains, vibrant arts districts, historic Old Town, and countless trails that invite renewal after demanding days. This setting not only enriches your personal life but also deepens your understanding of diverse patient needs, making you a more versatile and confident clinician. The role can also provide opportunities to work in various locations across the U.S., broadening your experience while maintaining the security of a well supported assignment.

Nestled in Albuquerque, you will enjoy a location with a thriving healthcare scene, convenient access to amenities, and a cost of living that supports a balanced lifestyle. The chance to travel to other states means you can explore different facility cultures, patient populations, and best practices, all while having a reliable home base in New Mexico. You’ll experience a warm, welcoming community that values healthcare professionals who bring skill, compassion, and resilience to a fast paced environment. Whether you’re drawn to urban amenities, mountain trails, or area cultural events, this opportunity offers you the flexibility to balance professional growth with personal interests. Our program emphasizes a supportive network that helps you settle into each setting quickly, ensuring that you feel confident and connected no matter where your assignment takes you.

In this role you will perform essential LPN duties within Long Term Care, including but not limited to administering medications per plan, monitoring resident conditions, documenting accurately, assisting with activities of daily living, providing wound care and preventive care, and observing for changes that warrant escalation to the supervising RN. You will participate in care conferences, contribute to care plans, and mentor less experienced staff as you grow into greater responsibilities such as lead or charge nurse opportunities. The position offers competitive compensation, including a weekly pay range of $1,426 to $1,502, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week, and a start date of 02/27/2026 for a defined assignment with the potential for extension. You will receive comprehensive support, including access to 24/7 assistance while you travel with the company, a sign on bonus in many cases, housing assistance, and extension opportunities that recognize your performance and dedication. Our commitment is to ensure you have the resources you need to deliver excellent care while you advance professionally and feel secure in your role.

Our organization is founded on empowering staff to grow within their careers and to thrive in a supportive, collaborative environment. We believe that dedicated LPNs in Long Term Care deserve pathways to expanded responsibilities, continuing education, and recognition for their contributions. You will work with mentors and peers who prioritize safety, quality, and compassionate care, and you will have access to ongoing training, competency development, and leadership exposure that can propel you toward elevated roles in nursing management or specialty care. The culture is built on respect, open communication, and a shared mission to enhance residents’ quality of life, with leaders who listen, invest in your success, and celebrate your milestones.
