Role specifics and benefits: As a Med Surg RN, you will perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop and adjust care plans, administer medications, monitor vital signs, manage IV therapy and wound care, and coordinate with physicians and case managers to optimize discharge planning. You’ll have access to ongoing learning through evidence based protocols, mentoring, and opportunities to advance toward leadership roles in high acuity units. Our compensation includes a generous weekly pay range of $2,036 to $2,146, with guaranteed 36 hours per week, and a transparent, timely payroll process. We offer bonus incentives, housing assistance to connect you with comfortable accommodations, and extension opportunities to tailor the assignment length to your goals. Travel with confidence thanks to 24/7 support from our dedicated team, plus on site onboarding, clinical leads, and a comprehensive travel program designed to remove obstacles to your focus on patient care.
