Role specifics and benefits: As a traveling RN in LTC, you’ll lead patient care, document thoroughly in electronic records, supervise CNAs and LPNs, and ensure safe medication administration and falls prevention. You’ll facilitate transitions, caregiver education, and family communications. You’ll have chances to deepen expertise in areas like wound care, geriatrics, or palliative-focused care, and you’ll mentor teammates to raise the standard of care. The compensation for this assignment includes a competitive weekly range of $1,907-$1,967, with housing assistance available and optional contract extensions for continuity and growth. In addition, you can qualify for a sign-on or completion bonus, depending on facility needs. You’ll work with a dedicated multidisciplinary team, and you’ll receive 24/7 support from our traveling program to help you navigate every new assignment.
