In this role, you’ll assess and treat patients across diverse orthopedic and movement-related needs, design and implement individualized treatment plans, apply manual therapy and modalities, guide therapeutic exercise progressions, and assist with gait training and activity modification. You’ll document progress, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and contribute to coordinated care plans that emphasize safety, function, and patient empowerment. You may supervise rehabilitation aides and participate in quality improvement initiatives, continuing education opportunities, and evidence-based practice discussions.
