- Primary responsibilities: Deliver high-quality Med Surg nursing care on diverse patient floors, assess and monitor patient status, administer medications and IV therapies, assist with procedures, manage drainage and wound care, implement care plans, perform accurate patient documentation in electronic health records, and communicate clearly with physicians, case managers, and families to support safe transitions of care.
