- Key responsibilities: As the OR RN, you will manage patient flow through the perioperative continuum, ensure strict adherence to sterile technique, perform instrument counts, assist with positioning and safety checks, and collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia teams, and circulating staff to optimize patient outcomes.
