Core responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, triaging urgent concerns, performing wound care and routine procedures, safely administering medications, managing chronic diseases, and supporting behavioral health needs. You’ll implement infection control practices, participate in rounds and safety drills, document meticulously in electronic medical records, and collaborate with corrections officers and unit leadership to maintain safe, humane care environments.
