Your assessments, care plans, and compassionate communication will help patients regain independence and families find reassurance during challenging times. This assignment begins on 02/02/2026, with a guaranteed weekly schedule that supports continuity of care and work-life balance, and a duration to be determined by the assignment needs, with extension opportunities if you choose. Massachusetts is a state of contrasts—historic towns, river valleys, and vibrant arts scenes within easy reach. From Athol’s friendly neighborhoods to day trips to Worcester or the scenic Berkshires, the region offers natural beauty, cultural richness, and options to recharge between shifts. For nurses who crave exploration, the program also offers opportunities to work in various locations across the U.S., broadening your professional horizon while you remain supported by a trusted partner.

Working here means you contribute to a community hospital that values clinical excellence and compassionate care, with modern equipment, strong mentorship, and multidisciplinary collaboration. The area offers affordable housing options, convenient amenities, and easy access to outdoor recreation—hiking along scenic trails, fishing and boating in nearby rivers, or enjoying farmers markets and local eateries after shifts. If you choose to experience other communities across the country through our travel program, you’ll still enjoy the same level of support: 24/7 travel assistance, credentialing help, and a dedicated travel care team ready to answer questions, coordinate housing, and ensure seamless transitions between assignments. Your responsibilities will include initial and ongoing clinical assessments, timely medication administration, IV therapy, wound care, monitoring vitals, and escalation of care when needed. You’ll collaborate with physicians, case managers, and therapists to develop individualized care plans, coordinate testing and procedures, and facilitate safe and efficient discharges. The role offers meaningful opportunities for professional growth—from enhanced critical thinking and prioritization to mentoring newer staff and participating in quality improvement initiatives. Competitive benefits include a competitive hourly rate within the stated weekly pay range of 1,997 to 2,086, with guaranteed 36 hours per week, and a bonus program. Housing assistance helps ease relocation, while contract extensions provide continuity that supports skill development and job satisfaction.
