Role Specifics and Benefits:
- Key responsibilities: deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to ED patients, perform rapid triage, stabilize trauma and medical emergencies, initiate and coordinate care with physicians, monitor and document patient status, administer medications per protocols, and ensure safe patient handoffs.
