Role Specifics and Benefits: As a Telemetry RN, you’ll assume responsibility for continuous rhythm surveillance, rapid interpretation of ECGs, and timely escalation of care for patients with arrhythmias, ischemia, or post-procedural monitoring. You’ll perform assessments, administer IV medications per protocol, manage telemetry equipment, interpret telemetry strips, and document accurately in electronic health records. You’ll collaborate with cardiology teams, participate in handoffs, and contribute to patient education on medications, activity, and discharge planning.
