Role Specifics and Benefits
In this Long-Term Care LPN role, you’ll play a critical part in daily care cycles for adults and seniors, including vital signs assessment, medication administration within scope, daily documentation, and collaboration with RNs and care teams to implement individualized care plans. You’ll support activities of daily living, assist with mobility and transfers, monitor skin integrity, support nutrition and hydration, and participate in wound care coordination as appropriate. You’ll contribute to safety initiatives, fall prevention strategies, infection control measures, and appropriate escalation of concerns.
