Based in West Stewartstown, New Hampshire, you’ll join a dedicated team committed to dignity, comfort, and continuity of care for seniors in need. This position is not just a job—it’s a chance to mentor teammates, advocate for patients’ goals, and shape the standard of care within a supportive, patient-centered environment. As you embark on this journey, you’ll also be drawn to the natural beauty of the Granite State: pristine rivers, rolling hills, and crisp autumn air inviting you to explore weekend trails, scenic byways, and cozy village gatherings. And when you’re ready for new experiences, this role opens pathways to assignments across the United States, expanding your professional horizons while preserving the consistency of high-quality LTC practice.

Location benefits begin with the charm and accessibility of West Stewartstown. This location affords a close-knit community feel, easy access to outdoor recreation, and a supportive network that prioritizes patient-first care. You’ll enjoy the quiet pace of a small town while benefiting from the resources and collaboration of a larger healthcare system. For travelers seeking variety, our program offers opportunities to work in multiple U.S. locations, exposing you to diverse patient populations, care models, and regulatory landscapes. You’ll experience unique regional practices—from rural Adirondack-adjacent environments to bustling urban facilities—while maintaining clinical excellence and a strong professional identity. In addition, the contract structure includes competitive housing assistance and the potential for extended assignments, giving you stability alongside adventure.

Role specifics and benefits position you for growth and impact. As a LTC Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will center on comprehensive resident care: conducting thorough assessments, developing and updating individualized care plans, administering medications safely and accurately, monitoring vital signs, interpreting lab data, and recognizing early signs of deterioration. You’ll coordinate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and families to ensure care aligns with residents’ goals and preferences. Supervising and guiding nursing assistants, ensuring safe mobility, fall prevention, pressure injury prevention, wound care, and infection control are core duties, complemented by meticulous documentation in electronic health records and regulatory compliance. You’ll lead care conferences, advocate for the resident’s voice, and participate in palliative and end-of-life discussions with sensitivity and professionalism. The role is designed to support professional growth: access to geriatrics-focused continuing education, opportunities to deepen expertise in chronic disease management, wound care, delirium prevention, and wound care, plus pathways toward leadership roles or preceptorship of new travelers. Competitive benefits accompany the clinical responsibilities, including a personalized compensation package featuring a weekly pay range of $2,382 to $2,500, a welcome or sign-on bonus, and housing assistance to ease relocation or temporary housing needs. You’ll also have extension opportunities to prolong meaningful assignments and continue contributing to resident well-being. Importantly, you’ll enjoy guaranteed hours of 40 per week, offering financial predictability and work-life balance, with the start date set for 02/02/2026 and weeks-long engagements designed to fit your availability and preferences. As you travel, you’ll receive robust support from a dedicated team: 24/7 travel and clinical support, on-call coordinators, and access to educational resources to help you deliver exceptional geriatric care in any setting.
