In this PCU role, you’ll provide high-quality, patient-centered care for adult patients requiring close monitoring, telemetry, and step-down stabilization. Core responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments, accurate hemodynamic monitoring, IV therapy administration, complex medication management, and collaboration with physicians, case managers, and ancillary teams to coordinate transitions of care. You’ll play a key role in clinical documentation, discharge planning, and patient education, ensuring families understand treatment plans and post-discharge needs.
