You’ll participate in care planning, document changes, communicate concerns promptly, and implement evidence-based practices that reinforce safety—particularly around fall prevention and infection control. You’ll have the opportunity to mentor aides and collaborate in daily care huddles, contributing to a cohesive team that values clear communication and compassion. This assignment prioritizes professional growth within the long-term care specialty, offering exposure to diverse clinical scenarios and the chance to expand your scope through continued learning and mentorship. Competitive benefits accompany this role, including a generous weekly pay range and a supportive package that includes housing assistance and the prospect of contract extensions.
