Embark on a transformative journey as a Registered Nurse specializing in Acute Care in Marietta, Georgia, beginning January 12, 2026. This isn’t just a job—it’s a chance to light the way in fast-paced, compassionate care where every patient story matters. In this role, you’ll blend clinical excellence with empathetic leadership, guiding patients and families through critical moments with clarity, confidence, and a commitment to superior outcomes. Imagine the ripple effect of your expertise in high-acuity environments, where quick thinking and precision save lives, while you mentor peers, share best practices, and grow into a leader who shapes the standard of care. And as you advance, you’ll have opportunities to expand into different units and settings, continually enriching your experience and expertise. Georgia’s landscape adds its own spark to this professional path—vibrant cities, serene parks, and a thriving healthcare community ready to support your ambitions.

Georgia is a treasure for healthcare professionals who value quality of life and professional opportunity. Marietta offers a welcoming community with strong schools, diverse dining and cultural experiences, and convenient access to the energy of nearby Atlanta. When you’re not delivering outstanding patient care, you can unwind in lush parks, explore historic neighborhoods, or take day trips to the Blue Ridge Mountains for a weekend escape. This role also presents the possibility of traveling to various locations across the United States, expanding your professional horizon as you adapt to different patient populations, hospital cultures, and clinical protocols. You’ll benefit from the chance to experience dynamic urban centers, suburban communities, and rural facilities, all while maintaining the core of what you do best—nursing with heart and science.

In this Acute Care RN role, you’ll own comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor acute conditions, and coordinate interdisciplinary care to optimize outcomes. You’ll interpret complex data, respond to evolving clinical scenarios, and advocate for each patient’s needs with professionalism and compassion. The position emphasizes professional growth within the specialty through structured learning opportunities, access to the latest clinical guidelines, and collaboration with experienced teams. Core responsibilities include wound evaluation and management, IV therapy and medication administration, monitoring telemetry and hemodynamics, intubation support as needed, and close collaboration with physicians, case managers, and ancillary staff. You’ll have the accountability to lead shifts, mentor new hires, and contribute to evidence-based practice improvements. The role opens doors to extension opportunities and the potential to diversify into other units or settings, enabling you to tailor your career trajectory to your strengths and interests. Expect competitive benefits, including a sign-on incentive, housing assistance, and flexible extension options to align with your long-term goals. We also provide 24/7 support as you travel with the company—dedicated clinicians and coordinators available around the clock to help you navigate clinical, logistical, and personal needs while you’re on assignment.

Our commitment to you goes beyond clinical duties. The company values empower you to pursue continuous advancement, recognizing expertise, leadership qualities, and a proactive mindset. You’ll join a culture that prioritizes mentorship, ongoing education, and a supportive environment where your contributions are seen, heard, and rewarded. You’ll discover a community that celebrates professional development as a shared journey, with resources, guidance, and peers who champion your success. Whether you’re expanding into leadership roles, pursuing specialty certifications, or refining your clinical acumen in acute care, you’ll find a pathway designed to elevate both your practice and your life.

This assignment is designed with your needs in mind: competitive weekly pay ranging from $1,557 to $1,672, start date in early 2026, and the flexibility of a weeks-based duration. While guaranteed hours are listed as 0.0, you’ll have access to consistent scheduling and the possibility of extended contracts based on performance and facility demand. In addition to financial rewards, you’ll receive comprehensive support, including 24/7 availability from a dedicated team, housing assistance to simplify relocation, and opportunities for contract extensions to deepen your ties with the communities you serve. Please note: hours and pay rates listed are estimates and may vary. Final compensation packages and guaranteed hours will be confirmed during the hiring process.
