In this role, you will deliver essential hands-on care. Key responsibilities include medication administration, routine assessments, wound care, pain management, vital sign monitoring, ADL assistance, nutrition and hydration support, and active participation in care planning. You’ll document clearly in electronic health records and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and patient safety. You’ll also engage in family education, discharge planning, and transition support. The position offers pathways for professional growth in geriatric care, infection control, palliative approaches, and leadership, with access to training, mentorship, and ongoing clinical support. Competitive compensation includes a guaranteed 36 hours per week, with a weekly pay range of $940-$1,020, reflecting your experience and the responsibilities of long-term care nursing. Additional benefits may include a bonus, housing assistance, and contract extensions should you choose to continue your assignment. When traveling, you’ll have 24/7 support from a dedicated travel and clinical team to help with onboarding, relocation logistics, and on-site resources, so you can focus on compassionate patient care.
