Role specifics and benefits: As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you’ll assess patient conditions in home settings, develop and implement individualized care plans, perform wound care and IV therapies when appropriate, manage medications, monitor vitals, and educate patients and families on chronic disease management, fall prevention, and self-care techniques. You’ll coordinate with physicians, therapists, and community resources to ensure seamless transitions of care and timely communication. Compensation is competitive, with a weekly pay range of $1,971 to $2,022, and guaranteed 40 hours per week, plus the potential for extension of assignments.
