In this role, your responsibilities will center on delivering high-quality, patient-centered radiation therapy. You’ll participate in treatment simulation, review and implement treatment plans, ensure precise patient positioning and dose verification, and conduct ongoing quality assurance to uphold safety and accuracy. Collaboration will be key as you interact with radiation oncologists, dosimetrists, physicists, and nursing teams to optimize plans and adjust care as needed. You’ll also educate patients about procedures, manage expectations regarding side effects, and monitor responses to therapy with a careful, data-driven approach. The position offers room to advance your expertise within the radiation therapy specialty, including exposure to a variety of treatment modalities and evolving techniques, all within a culture that values continual learning and clinical excellence.
Compensation and scheduling are structured to support stability and growth. You will be paid weekly within a competitive range of 2,555 to 2,654, reflecting your experience and the value you bring to the team. The weekly guaranteed hours are 40, ensuring predictability in your schedule and finances, with the potential for extension beyond the initial assignment. The start date for this opportunity is February 9, 2026, and assignments are designed for several weeks with the possibility of longer-term extension depending on performance, department needs, and personal preference. In addition to base pay, you can access housing assistance to ease relocation or temporary housing needs, and you may qualify for a signing or performance-based bonus that recognizes your contributions from day one.
