In this role, you’ll be responsible for the orchestration of complex surgical sessions with a focus on patient safety and operational efficiency. Key duties include circulating during a diverse range of procedures, scrub preparation, maintaining sterile technique, instrument and equipment management, and meticulous documentation. You’ll collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia providers to anticipate needs, anticipate emergencies, and ensure seamless case flow.
