Role specifics and benefits: In this role, you’ll assist physical therapists in delivering, modifying, and assessing treatment plans, lead patients through therapeutic exercises and gait training, apply appropriate modalities, and educate patients and families on home programs to promote continued progress. You’ll document progress, monitor responses to interventions, ensure safety and infection control, and help optimize the daily workflow of the therapy team.
